Last year's survey conducted by SKEMA gathered over 1,400 responses from our students. This inaugural Talent Barometer highlighted students' engagement, their values, as well as their expectations regarding corporate social responsibility (CSR) and working conditions. In 2023, students are once again called upon to make their voices heard!
What's new ?
In 2023, several new features have been added to the student consultation:
1. Focus on AI and generative AI: Specific questions on these topics have been added to understand students' sentiments.
2. Mirror study: A similar survey will be launched among students from other business schools and engineering schools to identify trends or differences.
How to participate?
Students can access the questionnaire via a unique and personal link sent by email. The questionnaire is fully anonymised and takes about ten minutes to complete. Check your SKEMA inbox for the email sent from "SKEMA Talent Barometer x EY", where you will find your unique link.
You have until 25 October to make your voice heard. Your participation is essential to help SKEMA and its partners better understand the needs and aspirations of the new generation of talent.
