TEACHING OPPORTUNITY OF China legal Issues for Business for MSc Program

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

 

The successful candidate shall have a University Degree (Master degree or above), and minimum three years’ teaching experience in relevant field in a higher education institution, and/or five years’ professional experience in legal department or lawyer’s office. A good knowledge and practice of Legal issues management will be appreciated, particularly in China. A visa allowing residence and work/professional activity in the People’s Republic of China is required for non-Chinese citizen. 

Our students are international and have high expectations of their courses. We run continuous assessment throughout the semesters to track students’ progress.   

As part of the teaching team, you can expect to take part in activities, such as: 

  • Syllabus development and materials development 

  • Creating and evaluating progress tests and assessments 

  • Other benefits and arrangements as SK faculty member 

 

COURSE REQUIREMENT 

 

Designed for 18 hours, this course aims to give students a comprehensive and coherent knowledge of the key concepts of International contracts, to provide tools to solve or to avoid legal problems arising in the practice of international contracts. This course focuses on the main issues relating to Chinese contract law. Students will become familiar with an International contract in particular real international contracts, templates and contract forms. They will develop skills to identify the main clauses and the unavoidable elements of an international agreement. Students will become familiar and comfortable with the contract terms, so that they could be aware of contract traps.
