Class of 2015-16 "One of the strengths of this MSc is the wealth and breadth of courses. It is really helpful for people who were, like me, not 100 % sure of their career path. The diversity of courses means we develop our general knowledge and then do courses that open our minds on many subjects, e.g., classes on collaborative management or the role of HR in developing well-being at work. Other courses tackle topics that are essential if you want to work in HR (like labour law or the use of HR metrics). We were also fortunate to be taught by professionals who shared their experience and provided us with concrete examples. Doing HR in a business school helped us to tackle different strategic aspects of the HR environment — such as the key role of HR in a company’s strategic decisions, or, when working on recruitment techniques, we deeply analyse how to retain and attract the best talents. Finally, being located on the Paris campus is a real opportunity since we are very close to big and well-known companies looking for young HR graduates. This location will help us find jobs. Indeed, since April I’ve been doing a six-month internship in Valeo as an HR generalist.
