Two-Year MSc 2014-16   "Studying in the international environment of SKEMA broadened my horizons and helped me grow my professional network thanks to the school’s close company ties, international projects and the high level of teaching in a variety of classes. Before I started the MSc I worked in the German media industry for two years.   In many group projects working with local companies and developing business ideas SKEMA encouraged the mixing of teams internationally with different professional backgrounds to benefit from everyone’s knowledge. The international exposure of the MSc is truly unique as I made close friends from many countries (France, China, Russia, Tunisia, Belgium, Austria, USA, India etc.) and learnt a lot about these different cultures, backgrounds and languages just by exchanging with them on their experience.   Projects I worked on during the MSc year (MSc International Marketing & Business Development) included for example developing a smart city strategy working with the management of Monaco Telecom, conducting market research for a high-tech company in Quantum Computing or developing new products and business ideas with the input of marketing consultants.   During my first year at SKEMA I did a six-month internship at Multiposting (an SAP company) in Paris. I realised that my profound knowledge of the German market and language can be a strong asset for companies expanding internationally.   I now feel totally prepared for the international job market and working in multidisciplinary teams.
