2015-17 “I did a wide variety of classes in the first year of the Two-Year MSc, including strategy, corporate finance, database management, international relations, economics and innovation among many others. The variety of classes gave me a management-oriented overview. I learned how to excel in team work and group projects, as well as developing a series of soft skills tools useful in the professional, and international, context. During the first year, students may spend one or two semesters in any of the campuses abroad. This can be a good occasion to gain international experience, especially if you decide you want to attend the MSc specialisation year in France, this first year will allow you to acquire international exposure. I spent the second semester of the first year in the US SKEMA campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. Other students chose China or Brazil. For the second year, I came back to France to Sophia Antipolis to do the MSc Financial Markets & Investments. I particularly enjoy the practical approach of classes and the tools we could access such as the Bloomberg room, as well as the small size of the class which encourages building strong relations with both fellow classmates and teachers. The practical approach of the course is extremely helpful when embarking on a real job. The Two-Year MSc offers a combination of more general management preparation and opportunity of international exposure the first year, with a specialized focus -in my case in Financial Markets- in the second year.”
